
Les Solomon is the director of the firm's business valuation and litigation support services department. He has managed numerous valuation and forensic engagements relating to many different industries and litigation matters. Les has extensive involvement in the valuation of closely-held businesses and thinly traded public companies. This experience has enabled him to provide consulting services to attorneys and their clients in litigation matters throughout New Jersey and New York, as well as providing these services to companies that need independent valuations for purchase price allocations and financial reporting purposes.
Les also has a broad range of accounting, audit and tax experience in many industries including professional organizations, transportation, manufacturing, real estate development, real estate management, and retailing.

A certified public accountant, Les is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants, and the NJSCPA Litigation Support Services Committee. He is a sought after speaker and instructor for the AICPA and NJ State CPA Society on the subject of valuation.
Les is an Accredited Senior Appraiser (ASA) and a member of the American Society of Appraisers and the Institute of Business Appraisers. He has been designated as Accredited in Business Valuation (ABV) by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He is also member of the New Jersey Chapter of the Community Association Institute, having served on their Board of Directors and Program, Editorial, and Political Action committees.
Les holds a BS degree in Accounting from the University of Connecticut.
