Larry Meril and John Guttilla direct the RMSB&G Real Estate Services Group. Combined, they have almost 50 years of experience serving real estate and construction industry clients. Prior to joining RMSB&G, Larry was a Senior Audit Manager and John was a Senior Tax Advisor at the pre-eminent real estate accounting firm of Kenneth Leventhal & Company. Larry and John’s experience includes national, regional and local real estate investment, management, development and construction industry clients.
The RMSB&G Real Estate Services Group is actively involved in providing accounting, audit, tax and consulting services for a wide variety of real estate and construction clients. The Group has participated in audits of major real estate and construction companies, portfolio transaction analyses and due diligence, valuation, tax and investment structure analyses of all types of single assets and portfolios of income-producing properties, including mixed-use developments, shopping centers, commercial office and residential developments.
