Tony has over 25 years of experience covering a wide range of closely-held businesses including real estate, manufacturing, consumer product and food industries, entertainment, import and wholesale distribution as well as legal and medical professionals.
He primarily engages in tax planning and multi-state compliance issues for closely-held entities, international companies and their owners. Tony is the director of the firm's trust and estate taxation practice and retirement plan audit services. He has extensive experience in the areas of wealth preservation, income taxation and estate planning for high net-worth individuals.

Tony also serves as a key member in a number of political committees, social organizations and law enforcement associations.
Tony holds a B.S. in Accounting from William Paterson University. Prior to merging with RotenbergMeril, he was the managing shareholder of Torchia Foster, PA, a Paramus, NJ public accounting firm.
