Les Solomon is the Partner-in-Charge of the firm's Forensic Valuation Litigation Support Services Group. He has managed numerous valuation and forensic engagements relating to many different industries, matrimonial matters, and commercial litigation matters. Les has been providing expert testimony and litigation consulting services for over 25 years and has extensive involvement in the valuation of closely-held businesses and thinly-traded public companies. His experience enables him to provide expert consulting services to attorneys and their clients in valuation and litigation matters throughout New Jersey and New York. He and his department also provide their valuation services to companies for purchase price allocations and related financial reporting.
In addition to the above, Les has a broad range of accounting, audit, and tax experience in many industries including professional organizations, financial services, transportation, manufacturing, real estate, and retailing.

A certified public accountant, Les is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants, and the NJSCPA Litigation Support Services Committee. He has been active as Chair of Valuation and Litigation Services Resource Group, Litigation Services Committee, and Chairman of the Business Valuation Interest Group. He is a sought after speaker and instructor for the AICPA, NJ State CPA Society, and other organizations on the subject of valuation.
Les is a member of the American Society of Appraisers and has received their Accredited Senior Appraiser (ASA) designation. He is also designated as Accredited in Business Valuation (ABV) by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and is Certified in Financial Forensics (CFF) as a result of successfully fulfilling the established requirements of eligibility and necessary qualifications as required by these organizations. Les is a member of the CFF Champion Program, an AICPA initiative that offers CFFs the support, structure, and resources to collaborate with state societies regarding the importance of forensic accounting services.
