Barry manages the RotenbergMeril Woodbridge office. Barry has over 30 years' experience covering a wide range of closely-held businesses with a strong concentration in real estate, manufacturing, distribution and professional entities.
He primarily engages in tax planning and compliance issues for individuals and companies, and has extensive experience in the areas of financial, income tax and estate planning for high net-worth individuals.

Barry is a certified public accountant licensed in New Jersey, New York and Florida. He is a member of the New Jersey State Society of Certified Public Accountants, serving for over 30 years on the Federal Taxation Committee and Cooperation with the Internal Revenue Service Committee.
Barry is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, including the Tax Division. He received his B.A. in Business Administration from Rutgers College and holds an MBA from the Rutgers Graduate School of Business Administration.
